CAro Report says :

DOes the Company has not granted or taken any loans, secured or unsecured to/from companies, firms or other parties covered in the register maintained under section 301 of the Companies Act, 1956.??

Does the Company has not entered into any transaction that needs to be entered into the register maintained under section 301 of the Act ??

i want suggestion from my frnds Section 301 talks abt the contracts and arrangements in respect of supply of goods,services and materials?

What does it mean Loan given to/from companies covered under the register?which loan its talking abt?

Section 301under companies act 1956 is Register of contracts, companies and firms in which directors are interested, in this register details of related party transactions are recorded i.e loan taken or given to directors or any person who is relative of director....
