at first u will appear for professional finance management course like MBA (Fin) or if it is possible u will go or take preparation to join in CA. CA is the top most path to grow ur career in finance & accounts. MBA(Fin) is also. apart from u may go through any finance based profesional course, just follow the different website 

Will i do my MBA regular or i get job in MNCs by doing my MBA from correspondens

first u will try to join in reguler courses as at the time of final assessment u will avail the campus interview.
