Please let me know if unlisted shares are sold by a person, benefit of indexation is available or not?? hw the sales value are determined????

Benefit of Indexation will be allowed ....it is only the case of Debentures(non-capital indexed)m where benefit of Indexation is not allowed.
Benefit of indexation is applicable in case of unlisted shares.In case of bonds and debentures other than capital indexed bonds benefit of indexation shall not be available.
