Hello Friends & Seniors,
One of my friend have made JDA with Developer & he received 2 flats in return. JDA was unregistered.
Please suggest should this Transaction attract Capital Gain.
Kindly give appropriate section which will help to understand

Capital Gains will be atttracted even if the JDA agreement is registered or unregistered. in case of JDA agreement registered you get benefit of agreement date. since your JDA is unregistered u need to file return with normal provisions of income tax
