Cant roll check digital signature on mca site

Dear Ca clum Members,

 

I am unable to roll check a digital sinature on MCA site. i entered all the info. correctly but when it comes to "Select Certificate" i cant click on the space provided for the same. & a new message appear that u have to select Certificate first.

 

Pls help ASAP

I am facing the same problem unable to do role check as when i click on select certificate it shows " certificate has not been selected. to complete the registration you need to select a certificate"
 
 
 
I am using Internet explorer 9, windows 7 and service pack 1. what should i do.

but i had already downloade those 3 softwares...still i m facing that problem

Check  as per notes in link,, pop-ups n all,,

if still u are facing same problem then dear, wait n try for 1-2 days there may b can site problem or you can contact your DSC distributor also. Coz there is no other solution for this.

ok thanks.....actually i m already trying for the same from last 4-5 days...n the problem is with all the systems of my office...nw i wil contact my DSC distributor.

Just now I registered DSC of 1 director...So one thing is sure that there is no problem with MCA website..

As you said you entered all details correct. I think there can be one of following 2 problems

 

1) DSC Expiry date or certificate authority related problem.

 

2) Mothers maiden name..please ensure it twice..

 

I advise you to perform this registration in Internet Explorer only...

 

And I could register it after 5 times effort...So keep trying..

Use Internet Explorer  right Click on the Internet Explorer go to security  go to trusted sites and enable all the contents do it agian in the the restricted sites update  Service Pack 3  in case u cant get it it  try it in other systems in your office 

or some times root attachments may help you for root attachments conctact your DSC Provider

I switched to the oldest java version and my problem was resolved. Thanks all for reply...

All these type of problems are due to Java and Active X... please enable all the Active X tabs in setting and this problem will be resolve.

We are facilng the same problem. unable to register DSC, we are receiving a message saying your CA is not trustworthy or system is not as per MCA guidelines. Please provide the system setting required to be set as per MCA guidelines.

though  we have update our Java to the latest version we are facing the same problem
