what should i do?
i received cancelled order due to not filing gst return for 6 monthes.
From January 2019 i totally deal in tax free items, mean now no need of gst registration.
Please advise me any legal procedure.

You can file all pending returns & apply for surrender of GST registration
you have received cancellation order.. means the dept is going to cancel your reg.suo moto due to non filing of return....if you don't want this to happen.. apply for revocation of cancellation with in 30 days of order.
mean after filling all pending return, there is no responsibility for me. In future in my bussiness no need of gst.
