Dear All,

I am writing on behalf of my friend who has cleared group II in this May 2011 attempt and in group I, has got 60 and 64 marks in Law and Audit.

Can she claim exemption in both of these subjects or is there any rule that one can get exemption only for one paper out of a group?

It was her third attempt, but in both the earlier attempts she had not got any exemption.

Also if she will get exemption in 2 subjects, and has to appear again only for rest of the 2 subjects, for passing the group how many marks she needs in each subject? I mean whether the marks of the papers for which exemption is claimed are taken into consideration while calculating average 50% for the group or just those two papers will be considered?

Please help asap.

Many Thanks

Kalyanee
