Hi everyone
One of my client Recieved Dollars earning in his bank account . But bank is unable to provide him firc (as they have wrongfully submittied income as nri income instead of income against exports).Now can ITO disallow all his earnings as he is unable to provide FIRC or he can provide FIRC stating its nri income not export income
then how he has settled the bills of export? are they still overdue?
