I was wondering what is the exact procedure to be followed ?. I have already completed my articleship and I also know that It is very hard to pass the finals but I want to know anyway.

Very simple:
Just 2 steps -
1. Immediately register for Final Course by filling in the relevant form . You can do so based on the on line marksheet showing you have passed PCC / IPCC.
2. Fill in the CA Final Exam Form before the due date. In your case, you have to attach the letter from ICAI confirming the completion of CA articleship
