Under the old Companies Act, AGM could have been held outside India with the unanimous resolution of shareholders. What is the provision under New Companies Act, 2013.? Whether the similar provision exists in the new Act.?

No, that provision [contained in second proviso to Sec.166(2) of 1956 Act] has been omitted in Sec.96 of 2013 Act and hence now it is not possible.
