can partnership firm take loan from outsiders ? unsecured loans ?
if yes, can the firm take in cash more than 20k in intervals, like 01st april-18000, 2nd may 15000. aggreg ate being more than 20000/-?

Loans more than 20,000 (in aggregate) cannot be taken/given in cash
You can take loan from outside individuals but not exceeding 20000/ as cash.
20000 from a specific individual?? i mean can firm take 19000 loan as cash from differant individuals???
