can a company which is incorporated in Singapore give genaral power of attoney to a person residing in india?it is engaged in coal trading.it has a subsidary company in Indai.can the singapore company give pwoer of attorney to the subsidary company instead of any other person.
Yes singapore company can give PoA to a person in India provided the same is apostiled by Indian embassy in Singapore
