Why not, a article can do.
It may be to give a declearation to the ICAI for a Member of ICAI (CA).
Therefore,He/She can file his income tax return showing income from family business.

You need to take permission from ICAI for being a partner. If your articleship has been completed, then no need... go ahead...

Dear Frnd
An article can fiel his return having any source of Income including business income, but a prior intimation duly signed by Employer is required to be submitted with ICAI. However, the timings of business must not disturb the Article Training Hrs..
