As per my understanding, answer is Finacle developed by Infosys.
There are many softwares. To mention a few:
Finacle from Infosys
BaNCS from TCS
INTELLECT Suite from Polaris Software
FLEXCUBE from Oracle
KASTLe from 3i Infotech etc..
In my view, IDBI is using Finacle.
