Please let me know its urgent that a CA who is a shareholder in company XLtd. be it tax auditor/internal auditor.
Please reply at the earlist its urgent.

he cannot be a tax auditor for sure as he is performing attest function..
i think he can be a internal auditor, though not advisable.
