Tushar.. U can sit for campus placement as the maximum no of attempt allowed is 16 ( this info told to me by my friend who qualified in nov'14)
Regarding your 1st question abt salary to a 3-4 attepmt qualifed ca.. The salary offered will be some where between 20-25k per month. Also lot depnds on your performance in interview n your calliber..
For Rs.25000 @ month why to study CA ,Go for CAT and crack it,even two tier institute will be ok.
you will get more than Rs.100000 @ month.
