Ca practice startup
Hello friends
Do I need to submit form 6(cop)
again, if I had submitted form 2 (enrollment as member) in which I had already applied for cop by paying the requiste fees.
Also please guide me other regarding other compliances (like form for registration of firm,etc) which i need to fulfill in order to start an ca practice firm at my hometown.

Since you have COP, you can start practice in your personal name. If you want to practice wwith a firm name. eg abc & Co, the you need to file form 117 for the approval of your firm name. You may find details in this link
