Hey Guys i am attempting my ca final this may. I wish to know do we have to study only the relevent case laws of dt and idt as issued by ICAI For May 2012. My tution book has many judicial cases. So do i need to study all the judicial cases in my book or only the ones applicable???

Remember all name of case laws which are given in ICAI book  and rest which are given in ur tution book just understand it no need to remeber the name.

hi

no need to get confused, remember the facts of the case laws given in supplementary study material for may 2012 exams and read those caselaws only and some of the important caselaws which were not asked in nov-11 exams .

it is more than enough.

i suggest not to quote a wrong caselaw, you may write as per the judicial pronuncement etc.

hope it solves your query.

GIVEN IN SUPPLEMENTARY 2011.

RELEVANT FOR MAY-2012 & NOV-2012.

plz anyone tell me adress of noida center, i hav taken noida center for ca final

follow SUPPLEMENTARY 2011. issued by icai it is more than enough.......

Click on the link, download the cases and learn only the name and facts.

Read only ICAI issued case laws with names. Rest u can just glance. But in exam in all possibility it will be the case law issued by ICAI.

You need to only read the idt case law which are provided on the website of icai. In dt exams latest case law question doesn't come. So Please see the last year exam papers and u will found that only in idt latest case law are asket not in dt.
