Yes, I have followed Taxmann's Strategic Financial Management along with Video Lectures.....
For me paper was very easy as all the concepts are clear to me and also the complete paper is based on the book and DVD.
I am really thankful to J B Gupta Ji as well as Taxmann for bringing out such a useful material for students...
