CA final Sebi

I have tried 4 times doing SEBI from munish bhandari Sirs main book. It has 70 pages. Every time I try to it, I loose interest in just 3 pages.

Will PM be enough for that?

I left it in last 3 attempts and every time I see a compulsory question on that. I can't afford to leave it this time. Please suggest.

To me SEBI was the most interesting topic if you really want to do properly my advise would be do from notes of some renouned teacher or watch video just mugging up would not help as you won't be able to remember just a day before exam
yaaaaaa. I felt the Same.. while reading in munish bhandari book.. however I learned that icdr rules from sangeeth keedia book.... uh can Go with PM... allied laws are not readable in munish sirs book.. don't know why..
may be it's only my feeling* :l
ya.. every chapter is so lengthy.

/share_files/sebi-notes-48576.asp

just copy the whole address as it is and paste it in your search engine and you will get the hand written summary notes.

Once you understood this file which is very easy...then try to cover PM and that whole is more than sufficient for your exam ...I followed the same trick and to my surprise I attempted one and half que out of two compulsory que asked in the exam.

The same thing happened with me at first that every time sitted for SEBI got off from it after 2 or 3 pages but then I pushed myself that anyhow I have to do it afterall it is in our course and que come in the compulsory section.

I hope this would help you too.

All the best yes

Instead of studying at a stretch try studying a few pages/questions per day. This way you may not lose interest. At last just revise once.

For allied laws - Munish Bhandari HandBook + PM is enough

Thank you all. :-)

Hi,

You may purchase video on allied laws from CA club of India. Either Mr. Rojesh Tayal or Mr. Tejpal seth. Both are excellent tutor.

bhai .... start from SEBI(ICDR),2009 .... 1ST STUDY ... book building ...then GREEN SHOE OPTION,,,, IDR ,,,,, BONUS ISSUE ...then QIB vs IPS .... THEN  preferential issue .... so on ... start from small topics ... never go 1st for SEBI ACT directly ... you will lose interest ... always revise ..then study new topic ...day by day .... buil;t up ...

allied law has only 2 big chapters ... FEMA & SEBI... SEBI is bigger than FEMA ... it will oviously take more time and energy than any chapter of allied law .... so ... give that time ... only solution ...

P.S. : i am taking classes of CA CS Sidharth Aggarwal sir .... he is best law teacher .... and his book is ultimate ( 8 colour book) ... 1st time in India ... in every lecture i feels like applauding for him ...
