and in point no. 10 in the last line they have given 3 places for membership no. ....so xplain it

Dear Harish, In pnt no. 16 u hv to fill the details of ur ITT exams. In ur ITT certificate evrythng is mentiond.

Leve pnt no. 14 blank.

And in Pnt. no. 10, jst write down membership no. of ur Principal, leave other two boxes i.e. Previous & 

Current.

POINT 16 PAGE NO. 3 DATE OF APPEARANCE IN FINAL TEST: WRITE THERE THE DATE WHEN U HAD GIVEN YOUR ITT EXAM OR U CAN SIMPLY  LEAVE IT BLANK. WRITE YOUR EMPLOYERS MEMBERSHIP NO. IN ALL THREEE PLACES IN POINT 10 LAST LINE
