Ca final law sections applicability

For the CA Final exam is it must to write the section numbers when we are presenting answers?Since there are number of sections and the chances of memorizing is very difficult..

ICAI follows step markings for questions. Sections & Case Laws forms integral part of your answer and if you do not mention the desired case Laws & sections you will not able to get ample marks for your answer.Further Sections & Case laws shows that you are completely aware with questioned asked and your answer is not a result of guessing.

To remember Sections of Law the section should be illogically linked to the Descripttion of the Section
For Eg. I do in this manner
Sec 269 : Managing Directors, Whole Time Directors, Managers. So to visualize that in the Co. there are 2 Managing Director, 6 WT Director & 9 Managers.
Sec 283 : I repeat again & again Directors ko 283 days ka Vacation Milta Hai
Many Section can be Illogically Linked in this manner
While Studying if we just visualize this , it will be easy to remember in exams
