ICAI follows step markings for questions. Sections & Case Laws forms integral part of your answer and if you do not mention the desired case Laws & sections you will not able to get ample marks for your answer.Further Sections & Case laws shows that you are completely aware with questioned asked and your answer is not a result of guessing.

Agreed with Mr. Rohit. To remember Sections of Law the section should be illogically linked to the Descripttion of the Section For Eg. I do in this manner Sec 269 : Managing Directors, Whole Time Directors, Managers. So to visualize that in the Co. there are 2 Managing Director, 6 WT Director & 9 Managers. Sec 283 : I repeat again & again Directors ko 283 days ka Vacation Milta Hai Many Section can be Illogically Linked in this manner While Studying if we just visualize this , it will be easy to remember in exams
