CA final law Munish Bandari hand or main book??

What are the major differences between munish bandari main book and handbook for CA Final corporate laws? I have my CA Final attempt in May-2012. Whether it is suggested to read main book or handbook.As law is a gud scoring subject, i wanna do it perfectly.
