Is quoting of section number and case laws are must in ca final exam for law ,direct tax , indirect tax?..
Will i lose any marks if i didnt quote section number and case law but i write provision correctly?

In recent CA final exams most of the question from only case laws ,writing provision alone not sufficient to give answers.

U GET AN EXTRA MARKS FOR THAT...
BUT DO NOT GIVE WRONG SECTIONS, IF U R NOT SURE....
