Once your Article-ship is complete, you can obtain the signature from any Member of the Institute (whether in practice or otherwise).

It is strongly recomded that unless u get the certificate of completion from institute till that get your sign from your prinicipal becoz it is from your side articlship is over not from institute side
once u got the letter then only it is confirmed that articlship is over
so take sign from your prinicpal only
