Really tensed..please sumone inform me which book should b reffered for direct tax final ca..my attempt is nov13..and its only 3 mnths to go,still i have nt started with tax...plss i want the book which will b easy to understand as i m on self study..based on time factor and vast direct tax pls suggest the book which is exam oriented and which could b easily revised on the day of exam..i m confused...pls help

i personally prefers Vinod Guptas Notes...it comes in set, very detailed which give confidence and also covers case laws. And they provide one summary bbok which is very helpful for revision.
Self study T N Manoharan... is best book
& also helps in last time revison...
with Pratice manaual.
Hello Nisha, For DT, first reading start with Vinod Gupta Module and side by refer to Summary module and make notes. Summary module should be your last day revision book. Also make reference to Case Laws that are issued by Institute in the summary madule
