u should go for munish bhandari's question and answer form book. n after u have finished that book then refer his handbook. this will surely be very helpful book.

Munish Bhandari's Handbook is one of the best for quick revisions of corporate and allied laws during the days much near to your exams.
You may also intially go through it before the detailed understanding of the chapters.
