It is better to go for Surbhi Bhansal's book....Sharp, to the point, precise and covers the entire syllabus !!!!

Very precise n nice presentation of sections.
DIRECTORS :
The huge directors chapters has been divided into three distinct chapters, which is not in any other book. One chapter is Basics, second managerial remuneration n third powers of board. It becomes very easy to understand and remember the concepts rather than one full chapter containing mix of all provisions together.
 

FEMA:

Even in FEMA, the meaning of some important concepts like TDR, Call back & others has been specially givn. A list of important section numbers is also given.  Examples are also very nice.

SECRETARIAL PRACTICE:

The writing of minutes and notices has been explained step by step, helping the reader to easily grasp the same.
 

OTHERS:

Kis book me se padh rahe ho, its not matter, kya aur kaise padh rahe ho, its fact.

tumhe jis book me se accha lage wo book tum refer kar sakte ho, but dont try to choose option like is book me short hai aur is book ki language tough hai, U r a CA student yar, & at Final stage, u should have ur own strength to take decision, & tum jo bhi decision lo use phirse mat badlana. means jo bhi book select karna hai wohi last tak use karo.

& as my personal opinion : OUR INSTITUTE MODULE IS PREPRARED VERY CAREFULLY, ITS COVER ALL THINGS. IF U R INTERESTED IN MODULE, THEN MUST READ MODULE....  * MODULE IS BEST*

& remember one thing:- other books r written from  original source i.e module, so module is BEST. 

CHOICE IS YOUR.

i think VK agarwal is more than sufficient . & you can refer to study material of institute too , for study in depth .

As per my my opinion now most of the questions are practical so go for a book in which you can get practical problems and their solution. if you choose Surbhi Bansal mam's book then you will not found practical problems and past exam questions.

so please decide by your self and share if any......
