If u start ur articleship after ur may 12, u ll b eligible for final exams in may 15. I would suggest u to start ur articleship as soon as possible, possibly withen 30th april 12. This ll help u save ur 6 months period as then, u ll b eligible for nov. 14 final exam. U can request ur employer to give u study leave upto ur 16th may 12(upto completion of group 2 exams).
