I have heard that CA Final atempts are going to be preponed as you can give it before 6 months or the previous attempt of your due attempt.

IPCC students can give final exams afer completing 2.5yrs of articleship.
yes , this is applicable since past few months . you can go to ICAI webcite and find notifications .
YES this is applicable since nov 2010 i.e student who was earlier eligible to give eaxm in MAY 2011 could give in Nov 2010, This notification came out last year just 2-3 months before Nov 2010. IN other words u need not wait for the articleship to get over before givin exams. Uc an give finals if 6 months is left for articleship 2 get over.
