Hello friends ,

I am Sai Krishna completed both groups of ipcc. Pls find time to solve my query relating to eligibility for final attempt !

Registered for articles : 10th August 2016

Took termination on : 29th Dec 2016

Excess leaves in old firm : 50 days

Registered in new firm : 13 th Feb 2017

No leaves in new firm.

As per the letter from ICAI, I was asked to serve for 2 years 8 months 27 days in new firm. Kindly let me know whether I'm eligible to write ca final exam in may 2019.

Under old scheme, to be eligible you should complete 2.5 years of articleship as on the date of examination! I am not aware of the rules under new scheme.
