If you get yourself registered for cs executive uptill 31 august 2008 you can appear for both groups of executive in june 2009.

if u register after 31 august uptill 28 feb 2009 u will be eligible for december 2009. 

so in my opinion u should get register for cs before 31 august.

i just want 2 noe dat wether  i should register myself now i.e before 31st aug or after clearing my p.c.c.....

31st August will be the best time for u to get registered but point to be noted that whether you have cleared ur B. com Exams or not

If u cleared B. Com then You should get urself registered now then u will appear in june 09 and after then may 10 for PCC, so you will get sufficient time for both exams to prepare well....
