I have heard an awkward news for CA Final May 10...that SEBI guidlines which now has been replaced by SEBI regulations will not be relevant (won't be asked) in MAY 10.
Is it a rumour or a true information???

They are not applicable. You may check the same from the May 2010 RTPs.
