purchase of Raw material against c form before 30.06.2017. payment done and invoice prepared. physical material rcvd aftr 1st july..can i issue c-form..?
purchase to account as per receipt basis or on 30th june? which one is advisable?

we follow the invoice date , not receiving date so you can get C forms
Receipt Basis Accounting is to be followed.In your SGST Act,there will be special provison for C form issue.
purchase Bill date is for accounting.
