C form cancellation

For cancellation of C form under cst act form G is used and it should be issued only in stamp paper. But along with that you have to lodge an FIR (in case if form was lost) and issue an advertisement in local newspaper for atleast one day. By doing these 3 steps with documentary proof you can submit an application into your respective circle.
