Can some one please clarify the following:

 

Whether an unlisted public company can buy back its Fully Convertible Debentures????

Also please refer the relevant provision / act / section.

No It cannot buy back the debentures, Because Currently Its in the Debenture form, After Conversion, It can buy back..
