Buy Back - Specified Securities

What are the "specified securities" as mentioned in Section 77A and Unlisted Public Limited Company (Buy-Back of Securities) Rules, 1999??

I am aware that for listed we have to refere Securities Contract Regulation Act.

Please clarifiy  or just mention the list of specified securites that are notified by Central Government for this purpose!!
