Dear Every One,
I am Staying on Rent, The broker charged me one and half months brokerage for a house, i am currently residing at this house which is for an 11month Leave and license agreement. Now the 11months are getting over, now i have a good relations with the owner of the house and he is ready to let me the house for other 22 months, i am not invloving the broker at any stage for the renewed agreement for next 22months, can he demand brokerage again from me.
Please answer precisely, if possible though some case laws or some live examples
