Can an indian Resident borrow money from his NRI relative?
The facts of the case is,
1. Indian Resident needs to pay money to a NRI but the said money he needs to borrow from his NRI relative and then only he is able to pay his liablity.
2. and the indian resident can pay back the said borrowed money to his relative.
