BOC of LIC is treated as LIC receipt
Sir I have taken a policy in LIC but the agent has not given me LIC receipt can i use the BOC as the receipt of LIC for deduction u/s 80C.

Yes, if you have made payment through banking mode. Duplicate receipt can be procured from your branch office, by providing policy number &/or customer ID.
