Billing format for electrical works contract under gst

Respected Experts, As the GST will be going to force w.e.f 01.07.2017, I have the query for preparing Bills -for the business of Works Contract of Electrical works incl. supply installation testing and commissioning of Electrical turnkey projects. How to charge the GST (SGST/CGST & IGST) in the works contract bills having no separate rate for Supplied goods & services both. There is also queries for purchase of materials which are in other form and sales/bill should be submitted as per tender BOQ format. Kindly advice me the right way for the same.
