no yr, i didn't like munish bhandri's book. i personnaly feel it is not a consice book. the best book for preparation is padhuka's. it is d best one in every kind. it's presentation, it is consice nd everything it is superior than munish bhandari.

Just glance through AMIT KARIA's CORPORATE & ALLIED LAWS by Bharat Publications - CA FINAL
Very precise n nice presentation of sections.
DIRECTORS :
The huge directors chapters has been divided into three distinct chapters, which is not in any other book. One chapter is Basics, second managerial remuneration n third powers of board. It becomes very easy to understand and remember the concepts rather than one full chapter containing mix of all provisions together.
FEMA:
Even in FEMA, the meaning of some important concepts like TDR, Call back & others has been specially givn. A list of important section numbers is also given. Examples are also very nice.
SECRETARIAL PRACTICE:
The writing of minutes and notices has been explained step by step, helping the reader to easily grasp the same.
