Saxena Vashisht is the best if u have time...
Otherwise go for sanjay aggarwal notes(eten faculty)

follow two books ... 

vashisht and saxena is no doubt the best for self study 

but if you wish to clear conecpts as well .. you can buy class notes of any good teacher in market ( like sanjay aggarwal from eten)
