basic custom duty (BCD) and special additional duty (SAD) in gst
i want to know whether in case of imports in india, basic custom duty (BCD) and special additional duty (SAD) will be levied as per existing system or it will be removed in gst from 01,07,17

Only IGST will be levied as it will be treated as Inter State Supply
Basic custom duty will be levied with IGST on import if supply of goods and only IGST would be levied in case of import of supply of services. SAD has been removed in gst
