Hi, Can someone share with me a sample authorization letter to a Chartered accountant to appear before IT Officer ?

Normally the Auditor himself will prepare in Rs: 20/- stamp paper called POA (Power of Attorney)furnished by them to appear before ITO authorizing Auditor to appear.
