A company is appionting a auditor in agm dated 25.09.2013 and auditor filed 23B in nov 13. due to some issues auditor resigned from the company. my question is Whether the Form ADT-3 has to filed or not? or what is the procedure for resigination of auditor under companies act 1956. pls help me

I have know that companies act 2013 is very clear about resignation of auditor. But the auditor resigned on 30.12.2013 . Resignation takes place in the F.Y.2013-14. So i want to know that Whether I have to follow the Companies act 2013 or 1956. In case of companies act 1956 what is the procedure for resignation.
