Dear Professional Collegue.,
I am going to take over a private limited company from the existing auditor. At the AGM the existing auditor appointed and concluded. Now there are some terms between existing auditor and the company. The company decided to remove the existing auditor.
Kindly advise me on the following issues.
1. As an incoming auditor, what are the documents in need to comply with the previous auditor.
2. What are the forms to be filed to ROC by the company.
3. What are the resolutions to passed.
