i have registered for articles as on 12-08-2011 and my articles will be complete on 12-08-2014, considering this dates can i attend the May 2014 exams, as my in last 6 months of serving my articleship. please guide me on this issue

Yes you can give the June 2014 exams as a CA Final student is eligible to appear in Final Examination immediately after the successful completion of 2.5 years of Articleship.
In your case your training for 2.5 years will be completed around 11 Feb 2014.
