Attachmnets for form AOC-4

1. Notice

2.  Directors Report along with all annexures such as MGT-9, AOC-2 etc...

3. Auditors Report along with Balance Sheet, P&l, Cash flow statement, schedules  notes on accounts

IF THE COMPANY IS REUIRED TO fILE aoc 4 in XBRL format, then XML file of tagging of Balance sheet is attached as an attachment. But if your Company is filing AOC 4 in non XBRL Format , then copy of Blance sheet, profit n loss account , cash flow statement along with the copy of MGT 9, Directors Report, Notice of AGM, AOC 2 for material related party transactions, route map, proxy form , attendance sheet, Auditor report, schedules of Balance sheet, notes t account.

List of Shareholders  and if Company is having paid up capital of 10 crore or more or turnover of 50 crore rupee or more then certificate by practising Company Secretary in Form MGT 8
