Assessment for ay12-13

i had filed my ITR for ay12-13 online on June 1, 2012 and have received acknowledgement for the same.

however despite ONE YEAR having passed, i have not yet received my assessment order / refund for the same.  how should i expedite this matter ?

Thanx - called cpc, they say it is in process ... But its been one year - is this normal ?
